Teapunk was created in 2022 by a group of passionate burners, many of whom met both in the default world and at various camps before forming our own. Our camp is a diverse group from various locations, including The Netherlands, the UK, Ireland, Italy, France, and even a few from America. Our ethos are intentional, our energy authentic and passionate, and our work ethic unmatched. We are family. When you join our camp, you become part of that family. We say "welcome home" when you hit the playa because friends are the family we choose for ourselves.

Our camp is a wonderful mix of individuals, each bringing unique gifts, personalities, and desires to create this family we call "Teapunk". Every morning starts with laughter, and we joyfully create a welcoming, fun, and genuine home for our camp and community. We aim to keep camp fees as low as possible and include evening camp meals and breakfasts. We are proud to be a fully solar camp, with no noisy generators or gas guzzlers. The desert brings its challenges, but we face them together with grace, kindness, and chivalry.

You'll find a safe, supportive environment in Teapunk, filled with honourable individuals who make you want to return year after year. Our conversations range from politically incorrect taunting with laughter to deep, heartfelt life stories that truly change lives. Our group dinners are the kind of gatherings you wish your family had, and our interactivity always brings back repeat visitors.
